Any returns or exchange for any purchases of our items will happen on the following conditions ONLY:

Items purchased can be exchanged subject to the following conditions:

1.Only full-priced items may be subject to an exchange.

2.Item(s) received were different than ordered / defect.

3.Item(s) exchanged may only be applied to the same item and design depends on item availability.

4.An exchange can only be requested once, and all exchanges are final.

5.Items are returned within 7days upon you received the parcel in your hand.

6.Item that need to return must be in original state, no wash.

THE FOLLOWING REASONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A VALID REASONS FOR AN EXCHANGE:

"I changed my mind"
"The color doesn't suit me"
"I don’t want it anymore"
"I want to change the color/design"
