Order and Shipping

Order :

LYJOSTUDIO accepts the payment method of Bank Transfer to our bank account number at the moment. All orders will proceed once we received your payment proof.

Payment slip or receipt should be attached after successfully transferred or you may send to our Whatsapp or Email at: lyjo.studio@gmail.com

A submitted order is considered as an agreement to the general terms of sale and other conditions stated on this website, including the privacy policy and the return policy.

LYJOSTUDIO reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. In case of this cancellation, you will be notified on your email or contact number.

Any inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach us either on Whatsapp or by Email.

Shipping :

All orders will be processed before 10 pm (GMT + 8) and shipment will be ship within the same day or the next day or within ( 1 or 2 days ).

Item will be shipped from Shah Alam Selangor via DHL/JNT for West Malaysia, and Poslaju/JNT for East Malaysia.

You will be received a tracking number once your item has been successfully shipped. In case if you don't receive your parcel within 14 days, kindly reach us for further investigation.

International Shipping :

LYJOSTUDIO ship worldwide. Kindly reach us first for shipping rates or any general inquiries before placing an order.
